Helen manages the foundation’s University Success work in Africa, helping students graduate, start meaningful careers, and become leaders in their fields.
Before joining the foundation in 2015, she worked in the UK and UAE, leading programs that connected young people to career opportunities. She has experience in graduate recruitment, higher education at Imperial College London, and government-backed job placement initiatives.
Helen earned her degree from the University of Cape Town, specializing in labor, organisational psychology, and human resources management.
