Preparing Students for High-Demand Careers

As Texans, we understand the demands of our local industries and are partnering with them to build pathways for 83,000 high school students to secure high-demand jobs every year.

Through career-connected programs in high school, we ensure students earn credentials or degrees with high industry value. We’re changing the game, helping Texas students land high-quality jobs and expanding college and career school models for lasting success.

Transforming University Support Systems

We partner with UT Austin and Austin Community College (ACC) to ensure more Texas students earn in-demand credentials and degrees.

ACC is pioneering programs for top industries like healthcare and technology, while UT for Me—Powered by Dell Scholars supports UT Austin Pell-eligible students to graduation with personalized guidance, transforming how colleges help students succeed.

We partner with top institutions to transform health care in Austin, impacting all of Texas.

We helped establish Dell Children’s Medical Center, the city’s first dedicated children’s hospital, providing specialized care to families. We also helped launch Dell Medical School, attracting top talent and training physicians to serve families across Texas and beyond, advancing health care for generations to come.
