Bringing Together Skilled Candidates and Quality Jobs

Education is the most direct path to economic mobility, and students deserve an opportunity to secure quality employment with their hard-earned credentials and degrees.  Those who build professional skills, experience, and networks while in school are better positioned to meet the needs of employers and to find success as they embark on a career.

The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation provides grant funding and impact-related investments to organizations and mission-driven companies that are focused on helping students secure a quality first job within six months of attaining a credential or degree.
