Arush serves as legal counsel for the foundation’s India office. He is a dual-qualified lawyer in India and the U.K., with experience advising clients globally on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. Before joining the foundation, he worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and AZB & Partners. Arush earned his bachelor of law and bachelor of business administration from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
