Brittany leads the foundation’s work in the U.S. Before joining, she was an associate partner at Bain & Company, advising corporate and nonprofit clients in the energy and natural resources sectors, with a focus on sustainability.
Previously, she was a manager at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, overseeing grants to expand access to testing and treatment for HIV-exposed infants in sub-Saharan Africa.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in public and international affairs from Princeton University, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
