Dominic Hum leads the foundation’s University Success work in the United States, helping students get into college, graduate, and build successful careers. He oversees the foundation’s scholarship programs, including the Dell Scholars Program and UT for Me, ensuring students have the support they need to succeed.
Dominic has nearly 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, and leadership. Before joining the foundation, he worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking, sales, and trading, leading projects on strategy, operations, and growth in New York and Dallas. He also worked as a consultant advising private equity firms and as an investment banker focused on marketing, advertising, and digital media.
Dominic earned a degree in economics and psychology from Swarthmore College. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new experiences with his family and is passionate about training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
