Dominic Hum leads the foundation’s University Success efforts in the United States, overseeing programs that help students from underserved communities access and complete college and transition into meaningful careers. His work includes leading the foundation’s scholarship initiatives, including the flagship Dell Scholars Program and UT for Me.
Dominic brings nearly two decades of experience in strategy, finance, and leadership to this role. Before joining the foundation, he led key initiatives for Goldman Sachs’ investment banking, sales, and trading businesses, driving commercial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational strategy across its New York and Dallas offices. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a management consultant advising private equity clients and an investment banker specializing in marketing, advertising, and digital media companies.
Dominic earned a degree in economics and psychology from Swarthmore College. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new experiences with his family and is passionate about training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
