Eliran joins the foundation from Startup Nation Central, where he was vice president of global partnerships.
Previously, he was a diplomat in China, where he worked as the commercial attaché for the Israeli Embassy in Beijing. With experience in both business and government, he has helped Israeli companies expand into markets across Asia, the U.S., and Europe. Eliran also served in the Israel Defense Forces and remains active in the reserves.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Reichman University.
