Sanjay leads the foundation’s Jobs & Livelihoods work in India, creating opportunities to improve the lives of youth and their families.
Before joining the foundation, he founded Gloscout.com, a platform connecting international workers to jobs. He was also an executive vice president and managing director at Monster.com, overseeing operations in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Indiaconstruction.com, NIIT, and Ingersoll Rand.
Sanjay is also an active startup investor and advisor.
