Tali serves as the head of the foundation’s Israel office. Before joining the foundation, Tali led the Moshal Program, where she focused on transforming higher education opportunities in both Israel and South Africa. Her career spans both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, with senior roles at McGraw-Hill Education in the U.S. and Lehman Brothers in the U.K.
Tali holds a master’s degree in education from Kibbutzim College in Israel and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
