Tali leads the foundation’s Israel office. Before joining the foundation, she led the Moshal Program, working to expand higher education opportunities in Israel and South Africa. She has held senior roles in both business and nonprofits, including at McGraw-Hill Education in the U.S. and Lehman Brothers in the U.K.
Tali earned a master’s degree in education from Kibbutzim College in Israel and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
