Todd manages the U.S. Concessionary Debt Fund, providing flexible financing to help organizations increase their impact while keeping debt requirements from limiting them. He also oversees operations for the U.S. Programs team, which supports more than 200 national projects with over $320 million in commitments.
Before joining the foundation in 2008, Todd spent 13 years at Dell Inc. in marketing and support roles, ending as director of worldwide e-support. He also led marketing for Dell’s Home & Small Business group in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa during a two-year assignment in Dublin, Ireland. Earlier in his career, he worked at Exxon Chemical Company and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan. He serves on the board of CollegeSpring.
