Todd oversees the U.S. Concessionary Debt fund, which seeks to provide needed loans to organizations nationally to enable greater beneficiary impact and reduce the burden that debt has on their programmatic delivery. He also is responsible for the internal operations of the U.S. Programs team, which currently manages over 200 national projects totaling more than $320 million in commitments.
Prior to joining the foundation in May 2008, Todd spent 13 years at Dell Inc. in various marketing and support positions, his last being director of Worldwide e-Support. His time at Dell included a two-year expatriate assignment in Dublin, Ireland, leading marketing for Dell’s Home & Small Business group in EMEA. Before Dell, he worked with Exxon Chemical Company and Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Todd has a bachelor’s of business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s of business administration in finance from the University of Michigan.
