We identify effective ways to support early grade learning, helping 1 million children each year gain essential skills in reading, writing, and math—skills that lay the foundation for lifelong success.
Connecting Education to Employment
We invest in schools that educate and train 4.8 million students each year, helping young people find their path and graduate with the skills needed to succeed in a competitive workforce.

Improving India’s Public Schools
Free and compulsory education became a guaranteed right in India in 2009, creating a need for rapid transformation in how states educate their youth.
Since then, we’ve partnered with governments in Haryana, Rajasthan, and Himachal Pradesh to institute changes that strengthen leadership, empower educators, and improve academic outcomes, helping students gain the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
